BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Spain opposes a "new Cold War," decoupling and severing of supply chains, and supports Europe and China in enhancing communication, mutual understanding and cooperation, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said when meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday in Beijing.
